Private Surf Lessons Registration Form

Space is limited. Spots are reserved when we receive both the registration forms and non-refundable registration fee. The registration fee is applied towards the balance due for the surf camp or lesson.

Camp weeks and lessons can be changed based on availability and must be done at least 24 hours before your camp or lesson starts to avoid losing registration fee.
